James Q. Pope
James Pope graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, May 2004. Mr. Pope has practiced Bankruptcy Law in each of the four Bankruptcy Districts in Texas. Mr. Pope has represented creditors (including some of the major mortgage companies) and debtors and has dealt with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), Creditor's Rights, Consumer Protection issues and Foreclosure Defense.
